The Comptroller's Office of the County exists to provide service and support to all Departments, agencies, boards and commissions of the County related to financial and accounting matters. The Comptroller's Office is responsible for the development/maintenance and administration of a central accounting system including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, general ledger, payroll, general purchasing, receipting and reporting.  The office is also responsible for the County's property and liability insurance program.
