ADRC Response to Coronavirus Emergency
The health and safety of our customers, volunteers, and staff is of utmost concern. We are working with Kewaunee and Manitowoc County Public Health and following CDC guidelines. In response to this current emergency:
- All activities and classes are cancelled through April 30, 2020.
- Homebound meal delivery will continue with added precautionary measures.
- Congregate Dining Sites are closed beginning March 17th, 2020.
- The Loan Closet at the Manitowoc Location is open via Appointment Only - please call (920) 683-4180.
We will monitor this situation on a daily basis. Our office remains open for phone appointments ONLY at this time at our toll free number (877) 416-7083 or (920) 683-4180. The physical office locations are closed to the public at this time.
The mission of the Aging & Disability Resource Center of the Lakeshore is to be a single source of information, assistance, and access to community resources for the aging population, people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers in the Kewaunee and Manitowoc County communities.
To provide older adults and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities the resources needed to live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the Aging and Disability Resource Center is to empower individuals to make informed choices and to streamline access to the right and appropriate services and supports.
