Makes recommendations to the Board on all financial matters. Reviews the proposed Annual Budget Policy and recommends to the Board. Oversees all financial matters relating to the investment of County funds. Adopt policy governing the operations of the Comptroller/Auditor; Payroll; Information Systems; Register of Deeds; Clerk; and Treasurer. Oversees and is responsible for Comptroller, County Clerk, County Treasurer, Information Systems, and Register of Deeds.
