The Board of Adjustment is a 5 member board, appointed by the County Executive. The Board of Adjustment will conduct an on-site review of the property, prior to the public hearing date. Hearings are typically held on the 3rd Monday of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Room 300 located in the County Office Complex. In order for the Board to hold a hearing, there has to be a minimum of three (3) applications received prior to the deadline date. The maximum number of applications per meeting is normally six (6).
