This year's theme: World War 1 Christmas
Join the Manitowoc County Historical Society for a celebration of 19th-century Christmas tales and holiday customs, featuring storytelling, caroling and hymn singing, craft activities, food sampling from cherished recipes, and more activities that capture the merriment of the season.
Pinecrest Historical Village, a recreated early 1900s village, will be trimmed for the holidays, and wood-fired stoves will beckon with the promise of warmth and good cheer. Be sure to meet our 19th-century Santa for your one-of-a-kind holiday photo.
Baked goods, hot cider, and hot chocolate will be for sale, in support of youth education programs. The Museum Store will offer historically themed gifts for all ages.
Manitowoc Landscape LLC and Ansay and Associates have contributed to make the event possible.
Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for children age 5 to 17, under age 5 is free. MCHS Members are admitted free.
