Jamie Aulik is the Director of the Emergency Services Division and has served Manitowoc County for over ten years. Formerly elected three times to serve as county clerk, he is an Iraq War veteran and continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve where he teaches courses on leadership, weapons of mass destruction, and hazardous materials at the U.S. Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear weapons defense school at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri.
He has a B.A. triple major with honors in history, philosophy, and political science from Marquette University, and a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Amanda Harpold is the Emergency Management Specialist for the Emergency Services Division. She has a background in project management, logistics, and web design. Her responsibilities for the County include Emergency Operations Plan updates, training and exercise coordination, and community outreach.
She has a B.S. with honors in Emergency Management with emphases in Intelligence & Security and Tribal Emergency Management as well as minors in Native American Studies and Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
