Adopt-A-Highway
 Provide applications for the Adopt-A-Highway Program.
***Age requirements for participants are 11 years old or in the 6th grade for County Trunk Highways and at least 16 years of age for State Highways.

Airport Maintenance
 Performs all maintenance and construction for the Manitowoc County Airport.

Driveway Permits
 Issues driveway permits for any driveway work or culvert installed on the County Trunk right-or-ways.
Permit Fee: $100

Maintenance, Construction, and Asphalting
 Provides these services for all County and State Highways. Also provides the same services for cities, towns, and villages.

Moving Permits
 Issues moving permits for County Trunk Highways only. Example: Highways with letters ? A,B,C, etc. Moving permits cover weight, height, and over width measures.

Parks
 The Commission maintains a total of five major parks, four special purpose parks, 15 lake/river accesses and 1 recreational trail throughout the County. These parks serve an immediate function between highly developed municipal parks and state and national forest and reserves. The lake accesses provide the general public with access to the lakes and rivers for fishing and boating. The recreation trail provides a nature enriched trail to safely run, walk, bicycle and snowmobile.

Snow Removal
 Includes snow removal for all County and State Highways from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with limited hours on the weekend except for I-43, which receives 24 hour coverage.

Utility Permits
 Issues utility permits to all utility companies that are performing any type of utility work on County Trunk right-of-ways.
General Permit Fee: $150
Annual Service Fee: $100
Open Cut Permit Fee: $500
