Mission
Statement:
The purpose of the Child Support Enforcement Agency is to implement and coordinate the establishment and enforcement of obligations for child support, spousal support, medical support, foster care, institutional care and to establish paternity of non-marital children. The Program must be administered in conformance with laws, regulations and policies of the State of Wisconsin and the Federal Government. |
