Payment of fines through tax refund interception program.

Effective January 1st, 2002, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, we will be intercepting tax refunds of people who have overdue fines. Unless an arangement has already been made with the court, tax refunds will be sent to the Clerk of Court office. We will continue to receive money until fine is paid in full, even if it takes several years.
